Aceinna is developing proprietary highly advanced MEMS inertial sensor technology including innovative new MEMS sensor design and new sensor process. The company is building up a world top class expert team covering analog ASIC, MEMS design, MEMS processing, and MEMS manufacturing. The team will work together to develop the most exciting and challenging product in history with deep innovations and internal manufacturing facilities.

In this role you will be focusing on our new and innovative MEMS sensor process development and improvement, MEMS sensor designers to optimize the process. Developing the new manufacturing process for high yield and high quality. Strong creativity and innovation skills must have as we will develop very challenging and exciting new process.

• New MEMS process development.

• Building up internal MEMS process and production line.

• Working and coordinating with outside MEMS foundry to integrate the internal and external processes together.

• Working with sensor design engineering team for the best manufacturability and performance.

• Continuous innovation and improvement of the process

• Maintaining stable process.

• PhD in MEMS

• 5+ years of product experience.
